"Show PatientFollow allocation" button

The "Show PatientFollow allocation" button on the Settings (CCMBD.mdb) opens a list of the allocation of Chart number endings for the laptop on which it is used under PatientFollow Project.

It opens the s_PatientFollow_distribution_thisLaptop query.
