Use cases

• Community Nursing Home Location Helper - to cross-check Pre acute living situation against Postal code of a PCH (correctly entered, likely only soft check)
• homeless / Postal Code field#Data integrity for homeless patients - to cross-check Pre acute living situation against Postal code

Analog

• for acute care there is a mailing list for app admins that is informed when the dataset of inpatient locations is updated; the original hope was that a counterpart exists for community facilities, but we have not been able to locate one
