Re-sending data

For a collector or data processor to re-send a patient, you need to do the following:

1. Processor only: download the newest version of the CCMDB.mbd (can use Copy to local.bat)
2. Processor only: perform Laptop data Restore from Regional Server
3. In ccmdb_data.mdb: set the patient RecordStatus field to "complete" from "sent"
4. Collector only: contact the Data Processor and ask her to prep Centralized_data.mdb and clean up the rest
5. Data Processor:
   • change the patient's Record_Status in Centralized_data.mdb to "Incomplete"
   • ensure Clean-up required when re-sending is done
6. re-send with a "b" after the batch number, e.g. 33b
