Settings (CCMBD.mdb)

Click on the "Settings" button on the Main Form (CCMDB.mdb) to get to the settings where localization and some other preferences for using CCMDB.mdb are stored.

Localization variables

  • computername - automatically generated field containing the workstation name of the PC, used by workstations.mdb
  • DC - enter Data Collector Initials - pops up as default during sending
  • Hosp - Hospital site - affects checks that are run, and how data is sent
  • Loc - Ward location - affects checks that are run, and how data is sent
  • Program - (CC or Med) - affects checks that are run, and how data is sent
  • Version - version of the ccmdb_data.mdb file (see CCMDB data.mdb Change Log)

Preferences set here are stored in the A_Info in CCMDB_data.mdb.

Record field dropdown

Values available in the Record field are set here.

The data is stored in the table sL_Records in CCMDB_data.mdb.
