This is the contact list for the CCMDB. Click on the sub-category Offices to see a listing by location.
The most current Contact information will only be updated on our Wiki and in email distribution lists in the Outlook Email Global Address Book. See Outlook Mailing Lists for more info.
On the Wiki here, on the left side of this screen you will see "search". In here you can type in the data collectors name and find them on the WIKI. Even if you just type in the first name, you will be able to find what you are looking for. You can search for hospitals and wards as well, but keep in mind that the shortest term you can search for is 3 letters.
