The CCMDB.accdb will be viewed best in a screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher.

To check/change your screen resolution:

  1. minimize all windows on your computer
  2. right-click on the background anywhere where there is not an icon and choose Screen Resolution
  3. click the "Display" dropdown and pick which you want to change (e.g. your laptop vs your desk screen)
  4. click the Resolution dropdown and pick 1280x768 or higher; any smaller and you will need to scroll in CCMDB.accdb
    • note: if you don't have a screen resolution exactly as recommended, choose the next higher one. If you don't have any that are high enough, talk to the p:EHealth ServiceDesk to ensure that your computer has the correct drivers. If they confirm that your PC can not run a higher resolution, let p:Tina Tenbergen know to get you a different monitor.
  5. Click OK

Your screen may flash or briefly go blank and then come back in the new resolution. The higher resolution will make things look smaller.

Also, you will get a dialog box Monitor Settings. In this box and within 15 seconds, click Yes to keep the new settings. This box exists in case you choose a setting that your monitor can not display at all. In that case, 15 seconds after you change display settings they will revert to the previous one. Alternatively, you could change back to the old setting manually if something does not work in the new setting.
