*in your outlook go to public folders
*select all public folders
*go to Security Services folder
*See Facility Access form
*must be signed by: [[p:Trish Ostryniuk | Manager]]

To get the forms:
*Go to WRHA intranet.  *Select "STB intranet" on the main page.
*Select "forms",  
*Select "Protection Services/Security",
*Select desired forms (Access card or key requisition). 


After you get your WRHA ID, a copy of the ID request FORM with signature must be give to manager (trish).--[[User:TOstryzniuk|TOstryzniuk]] 12:22, 13 July 2010 (CDT)
