When sending data, all data is sent for the patients you Finalcheck, but some data is also sent for patients who are not yet complete.
Data that must be collected for all patients as soon as possible
- If the minimal data setis not complete for a patient, the CCMDB.mdb will give an incomplete data set error and list the patient, and you will not be able to send any patients:
- serial number
- hospital
- unit
- first name
- last name
- hospital chart number
- PHIN
- date of birth
- unit admit date (time not necessary)
- the admit time, and the discharge date and time, once available
- data for those TmpV2 entries where instructions say that all data is sent at every send
Reason why data is required for patients that are not complete yet
Data from patients who are not yet complete is used for the following:
- to generate occupancy statistics
- to be able to finalize temporary studies before long-stay patients are eventually discharged
- there may be other things, maybe Trish/Julie could complete, or delete this line if there is nothing else Ttenbergen 10:19, 18 August 2009 (CDT) {discussion}
