If I enter cognos Admitter and just view, exit, and return to ccmdb list, there is no problem with sorter buttons. It is after actually using cognos admitter to enter patient profiles, upon return to ccmdb list that sorter buttons freeze in ccmdb at top of columns. I wonder if anyone else is encountering this? I have to exit the ccmdb program altogether, then reenter ccmdb with password in order for problem to resolve.

If I enter cognos Admitter and just view, exit, and return to ccmdb list, there is no problem with sorter buttons. It is after actually using cognos admitter to enter patient profiles, upon return to ccmdb list that sorter buttons freeze in ccmdb at top of columns. I wonder if anyone else is encountering this?   • This is in Cognos Admitter right? I can't replicate the problem. Which field are you sorting on? And what do you do before you sort, I wonder if that's part of what needs to happen for it to freeze.
  • Will just closing the admitter form not fix it, do you really need to close CCMDB altogether? Ttenbergen 09:19, 2020 October 16 (CDT)
