This template manages the storage of the APACHE Comorbid Diagnoses on the wiki. It is used only on the page APACHE Comorbidities in ICD10 codes, but there repeatedly. APACHE Comorbidities in ICD10 codes also contains a semantic query to list the data generated by this template.
To use:

The list should usually be populated directly from the s_ICD10_APACHE_Comorbids query in CCMDB.accdb to ensure consistency with that dataset.
