*if patient develops trach site infection that need to be tx with antibotics, AFTER admission then code 93 - with pathogen subcode in COMPLICATIONS/ACQURIED DX coding.
a. 77400 & 93xx  (xx mean subcode, 00 mean no subcode)
*if admitted to unit with a trach site infection that is already present prior to admission, then code trach site infection 93 (with subcode) as part of the ADMIT DX.  No need to code 774 in admit DX. 
*drop 77400
**you can have a Trach (774) without a trach site infection (9300), but you cannot have a trach site infection (9300) without a Trach (774).

New code added to s_alldiagnoses for CCMDB.mdb version 2015-May-4-6.

Conversion of old dxs in CFE is still outstanding. There is an SQL update query Pagasa is to run in CFE.
