Visits to temporary locations
If a patient goes to the OR from a ward or unit and returns to the unit,
- enter relevant surgical diagnoses as acquired diagnoses
- do not discharge and re-admit the patient, collect as a continuous stay
If a patient goes to the OR from a ward or unit and does not return to the unit,
- enter Dispo DtTm when left to OR
- enter Dispo operating room
- the OR diagnoses would be coded at the next unit, not the sending unit
