If found in Admit slot there should be prior encounters of patient and the admit from should be any ICU.
With change of collection rules no longer excluding VAP from being an [[Admit Diagnosis]] in medicine, this check is now incorrect.
Data cleaning rule needed: VAP in ADMIT but not coming from an ICU.
