Swing/swap locations are not used by ICU as they represent the time the ward clerk is made aware the patient will be coming to the unit and in no way represent the actual arrival time; basically we ignore the swing times in EPR and take the arrival time directly from the ICU flow sheets. See [[STB Critical Care Collection Guide]]

* Since any [[CUS]] entry at STB may be either a swing bed or a real bed, service locations and times need need review. The swing bed entries will often be obvious as the unit stays will be a matter of minutes

* If a [[CUS]] entry is for a swing bed, manually exclude using the [["exclude" button]]
