The Holds command works for some page names (eg [[Pre-admit Inpatient Institution field]]) but not others (eg [[Previous_Location field]]). For the ones where it doesn't work, a partial page name with "LIKE" works. One difference between the pages is that the query seems to fail for pages that use [[mw:Help:Magic_words#DISPLAYTITLE]].
