Personal Care Homes (PCHs) are community placements for patients who can not be cared for at home. They are relevant in CCMDB in the following ways:
- the Personal Care Home entry in Pre acute living situation field
- in Awaiting/delayed transfer to long-term care/PCH inside or outside of Winnipeg
- in PCH data dump - storage of lifetime PCH info
