The only plain x-rays we are going to capture are [[CCI Picklist]] items [[Abdominal plain X-ray (AXR)]] and [[CXR plain film]]. See [[#Component 2]] column in the table below for the other types of imaging we collect as [[CCI Component]].

=== Angiograms ===
*It is important to distinguish between “classic” angiograms and CT angiograms
**The former are done by invasive radiology and we are only going to track a few of them, via the Picklist.
**We will track all CT angiograms, which are coded identically to CT scans -- being done by body part, not the specific vessel (with the single exception of CT of the chest with PE protocol, which has it’s own Picklist code)
*We will replace the current counts of the raw numbers of things with individual recording of the specific studies, except if they are done on the same day, in which case use [[Px_Count]].
*Fluoroscopy studies are not captured except insofar as it might be used during one of the classic angiograms we are capturing.
