Scanner is used primarily for TISS28 Form Scanning. Also used for ad-hoc scanning of other documents, see Scanning to network.
Default Settings
The default settings were changed from the eHealth default for us in order to best accommodate the settings in TISS28 Form Scanning#Scanning forms.
Ticket INC000002811115 asked for changes, David Bryce set up the defaults for us.
