Prerequisites

CCMDB.accdb must already be set up on the PC because the s_ tables are drawn from the standard install location of this program.

Instructions

  • make a directory (usually c:\Centralized_CCMDB (this may need to be done by eHealth due to rights restrictions), but can be any other directory if needed, eg for multiple versions on same PC; Julie is set up that way)
  • copy the following file into this new directory:
