The CCMDB wiki can only be edited by registered users. If you are a registered user, you can log on by clicking on the "log on" link at the top right corner of the WIKI page.

  • the Database Manager or Tina must first set you up as a registered user before you can LOGIN and edit or add discussions to the WIKI.
  • if you are not a registered user, cannot look at articles on our WIKI.
  • for a list of registered users, see Special pages, user list. On this list you will find your USERNAME.
  • If you don't know your password,
    • click on log in link at the top right corner of the WIKI page
    • enter your user name (this is case sensitive)
    • click the 'email password' button & WIKI will send a password to your hospital email account.
    • go to your hospital email account to retrieve your password.
    • log in, and change your password to one you will remember under my preferences(top right of this page if you are logged in).
