So this S3 ward got added to the N4 ward and the same data collector collects both units. There can be anywhere from 10-20 VMU patients on unit 3 at any one time, it fluctuates. These patients are all medically stable with d/c planning issues. Are they PCH bound, Geri-rehab bound, awaiting HC, many things, but when they become unstable, they get moved off that ward. So there you have the story of the N4/S3 ward.WGobert 09:21, 28 November 2008 (CST) | So this S3 ward got added to the N4 ward and the same data collector collects both units. ****S3, medicine rehab ward is now being collected by Tara (N5) and Wendy (S5). Shirley will no longer be adding the S3 data to her laptop. The data collected on S3 will be divided between N5 and S5 laptops. This is the current practice for the EMIP/OVER patients that are being followed here at the Vic. The serial numbers for S3 will continue from the last number used by Shirley on S4. The first new serial number for S3 will be 4569. This is to ensure no duplication of S3 serial numbers occurs. A separate log book has been set up for S3 as well.TAngell 16:28, 29 October 2009 (CDT) | |||
