The last format the data will appear in is as text file. When you finalize your data and send it Access automatically exports it as whatever name you give it .TXT. The file will automatically be sent to the Regional Server. If you wish to see it after you send a file there is a shortcut call Regional Server placed on your computer that will bring you to a folder located on a shared server. Each hospital has a folder for data. Only the data collectors at each hospital and the data management team at HSC have access to this folder.

Sending Patients is the process of using the CCMDB.mdb to export the data collected on the PDA to the format that can be imported into TMSX. When you finalize your data and press the "send" button Access automatically exports it to the folder corresponding to that collection's location in the Output directory on the Regional Server. If you wish to see your data after you send it, use the Regional Server shortcut on your desktop, navigate to the "Output" folder, then to the folder corresponding to your location.
