The Main Form is what the CCMDB.mdb displays when it first opens.
The Main form has buttons to access the following:
- Patient List
- Patient viewer via Edit Patients button
- Delete FinalChecks
- Pre-send checker
- Settings
- Send Records
- Exit Program - to exit CCMDB.mdb, running some cleanup on the way out.
