PDA Pending.mdb is an Access database that resides on the Regional Server. It contains a list of patient still on each unit whose data has not been sent in yet. Use of this data is one of the reasons for the importance of recording the discharge DATE as soon as it is available.
- Used by statistician to calculate occupancy and to monitor and track outstanding data profiles.
- The Minimal Data Set MUST be entered on the PDA so that this data will get sent to this Access database.
- generated by Pending Julie when Sending Patients
