Starting on May 1, 2015 HSC ICUs will start using the following locations and serial numbers. Patients already entered onto your laptop prior to this start date do not need to be changed.
Do News and backup before starting collection on this day to make the new options available in the dropdowns in CCMDB.mdb.
- current MICU laptop: (changes to use directories HSC_ICUa)
- Location dropdown list options will be: MICa, SICa, CCUa, IICa
- will start at serial number 150, 151....etc
- SICU laptop: (changes to use directories HSC_ICUb)
- Location dropdown list options will be: MICb, SICb, CCUb, IICb
- will start at serial number 150, 151....etc
- Laptop 3: (changes to use directories HSC_ICUd)
- Location dropdown list options will be: MICd, SICd, CCUd, IICd
- will start at serial number 150, 151....etc
Implemenatation
- New location options added to S Locations. Ttenbergen 16:59, 2015 April 29 (CDT)
- on Regional Server:
- created new directories : data and program
- confirmed correct data_to_local.bat files in data directory
- updated locs.bat
- still need to do
- update a_info table on laptops
- update news and backup
