This field is currently being implemented, please check the instructions and put a discussion for anything that isn't clear.
The Dispo DtTm field contains the time a patient changed status from what is documented in Service/Location field to Dispo field.
Collection Instruction
For each patient enter the date and time the patient Template:Discussion(need to figure out details of what, for now use same definitions as old Discharge date and time).
