=== How the checks will work===
{{CCMDB.mdb cross checks triggering for correct values}}

At the time you set the patient to complete a check will run to find out if any of the ‎imaging counts are out of range. If none are you won't see this. If a check is out of range you will get an error, and then a list showing the out of range value.
Confirm if the value is correct. If it is wrong, fix it. If it is correct and the count was in fact unusually high, then enter a lower number and sent Pagasa an email with the correct count.

"CCMDB.mdb" is not in the list (SAP, not entered, Centralized data front end.accdb, DSM Labs Consistency check.accdb, CCMDB.accdb, TISS28.accdb) of allowed values for the "DICApp" property. Property "DICRelatedConcepts" (as page type) with input value "Category:Labs Imaging]], LOS, ArriveDtTm, [[DispoDtTm" contains invalid characters or is incomplete and therefore can cause unexpected results during a query or annotation process.

We have had some medical Category:Labs Imaging count entries that are so high that they are likely errors.

What are likely maximum entries?

The count per patient stay is related to the LOS. The threshold limits are either Mean + 3 Standard Deviation or Maximum value of Chest X-ray count per patient day for various LOS category listed in the table below. They are derived from July 1988 to June 2017 Lab data. The LOS is based on calendar dates where partial stay is considered as full day.

  • LOS based on calendar dates = Dispo Date - Arrival Date + 1
    • if patient is still in the unit, Dispo Date is replaced by Today date
  • Chest X-ray (CXR) per patient day = Number of chest X-rays / LOS Based on calendar dates
