eHealth uses Active Directory to set rights and policies etc for computers.
If this information changes, you might also have to take care of documentation in Hiring a New Data Collector#IT Support.
Groups/OUs
- All data collectors (users) belong to a group called: REG_RDAT_REGION_ICU_DATA_COLLECTION
- All laptops used to collect CCMDB data belong to a group called: CCMDB LAPTOPS
Group Policy
- All the settings that generate a trust relationship between Microsoft Access/Windows and the network directory that holds the data collected () are applied via a Group Policy called "WRK_ICFG_REG_CCMDB Laptops" that gets applied and/or updated every time the computer logs into the WRHA network (as long as the computer is connected to the network at the moment of logging in).
