Example: A newborn is discharged with a final diagnosis of uniparental disomy 16. This baby has a number of congenital manifestations: ventricular septal defect (VSD), micrognathia, abnormal elbow, camptodactyly, micropenis, right-sided cryptorchidism and hypospadias.
