1 need to tweak this to allow for second infection with different bug (eg. a skin infection on one foot with one pathogen and on the other with a different pathogen) or even simply the same pathogen for two infections. Same would be true for mechanism of injury, it needs to be applicable repeatedly. The only way we would be able to do this at all is to change instructions on how to combine these, I think, e.g. everything with same pathogen has to be combined and pathogen only coded once, but that might make it look like things that are not related are. I actually think this is messy enough to take to task, so putting on list.
