- 10:30, 2019 March 7 (CST) - Changed this so HIV and AIDS are allowed together as long as they are different Dx_Types. Until now this was not allowed, but the scenario makes sense, where there might be HIV infection, asymptomatic as a Comorbid Diagnosis and then AIDS (disease due to HIV) as an Admit Diagnosis/Acquired Diagnosis
