Forms filled inconsistently

  • It was noted at a ICU Task Group meeting 2011-12-09 that having only nights staff entering the TISS is a huge problem because the majority of patients are discharged from the unit during the day shift. Also there are short stay patient being admitted for only a period of time during the day can be missed that way. In October 2012, Trish provided Jodi with stats that showed the % of discharges during days shift, which also represent the high number of TISS dates not done because of the misunderstanding that it is night shift job only.Trish Ostryzniuk 22:01, 2012 November 29 (EST)
