The eHealth ServiceDesk is our first line IT support. To contact them, call 940-8500, extension 2.

You can also email them, however as of last notice they were committing to email response only within 24h, where phone calls are dealt with right away. They are listed in the Global Address Book as "ServiceDesk".

What the eHealth ServiceDesk supports

  • the actual PCs and their Windows OS
  • network connection
  • email
  • access to the Regional Server
  • general internet connectivity
