Log

A scenario was encountered in comorb dx list whereby Past history, removal of organ NOS combined with 1) Disorder of spleen, NOS then a separate entry combined with 2) Postpartum hemorrhage for the removal of two different organs triggered the duplicate ICD error. Should this code be added to the exclusion list or coded differently? Thanks!
