Changes collectors need to know about:
- changed the default Service/Location in New Pt Serial helper form to blank, since it no longer makes sense to have a default after Change to having each collector collect both programs on the same laptop
Changes collectors probably don't care about (incl. bug fixes that should just make things work now):
- deleted Function Default_Service_Location() and eliminated call from form.open for New Pt Serial helper form
