Decision to not combine collection of STB CC on one laptop
The patient population collected on each of the three laptops that collect STB CC data is substantially different for analysis and reporting perspectives, so it was decided to not group them together on all laptops by using a single "STB CC" Service/Location for them all for now (2020-10).
