Unrecognized database format <Centralized file path>
Short term solution
- Determine which sends have failed and need to be re-sent
- CCMDB data.mdb restore from Regional Server
- Re-sending data
Long term soluttion
- Re-platforming - which may be a case of the cure being worse than the condidition

Please include in your log if you were sending from home, and what time, and if this is after another send failed and before a reboot or the pull of a clean version, and other info you might have.
- 2025-06-06 - error happened, lock file owned by Michelle, still waiting for details. The error code read "unrecognized database format". I sent around 3:30 from work, error recurred after downloading a clean version
