Teleform is the software used by the data processor to scan the TISS Forms before importing into the Critical Care Database repository TMSX. We are currently using Teleform v8.2.
Hardware

- Version 8.2 requires a USB key that is plugged into the back of the scanner PC
Install media for Teleform
The install media for Teleform is located in the left, far-back cabinet in the filing area.
Installing Teleform
- Enter CD, follow wizard.
- Note: Teleform will install Pervasive 2000i
- Teleform will install an ODBC source (hmmmm Ttenbergen 16:31, 29 June 2011 (CDT))

Legacy Info
Teleform was also used to scan in iTISS forms for the Medicine Database Program MedTMS. This was stopped Dec 16.2006.
