*The PDA collection log (data collection log) was a useful form when we started data collection manually. Recording the information on this form is actually duplicating what is being entered into the PDA or laptop. We will be reviewing some alternate ideas that may lend themselves to the elimination of this form. ***feedback from staff is that they need these paper forms to organize their work before inputting into laptop. Too difficult to do direct input on wards in a number of cases. [[User:TOstryzniuk|Trish Ostryzniuk]] 19:12, 2012 October 18 (CDT)
