Table S locations allowed collection drives what is shown in the laptops location / Service/Location field dropdown.
structure:
- r_Location
- allowed_laptop_ward
- allowed_laptop_hosp
- sort - sort order on that laptop, lowest number will be first.
Most of its fields are driven by dropdowns based on S Locations / s_dispo table.
