The S AllDiagnoses table can be found in CCMDB.mdb program. It contains the all the diagnoses labels and numeric codes used that can be entered into L_Dxs table. A filtered subset of this table contains the values Comorbid Diagnosis that can be selected and entered into the L_Como table.
