Transfer Ready DtTm field

This field is currently being implemented, please check the instructions and put a discussion for anything that isn't clear. 

The Transfer Ready DtTm field contains the time a patient would have been ready for discharge. Template:Discussion Need to integrate definitions from Transfer Ready date and time.

Collection Instruction

For each patient enter the date and time the patient Template:Discussion(need to figure out details of what, for now use same definitions as old Discharge date and time).
