ICD-10, the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision (ICD-10) is a coding of diseases and signs.

CCMDB collects ICD10 Diagnoses based on ICD10-CM following the instructions in ICD10 collection. All articles about ICD10 will be in Category:ICD10 or its sub-categories. All diagnoses we code can be found in ICD10 Diagnosis List.

CCDMB is in the process of Conversion from our old diagnosis schema to ICD10/CCI.

CA vs CM

According to wikipedia [1] ICD10-CM is the American version. We seem to be following CA, the CIHI / Canadian version[2]. Template:DiscussAllan --- AG reply: Generally the CA version. BUT there are some codes in the CM version that have been incorporated, i.e. when that entity was NOT present in the CA version.
