False positives

Now that this query is actually running (as of May 9) we are getting false positives where the following medical or iatrogenic things are asking for a mechanism: Spinal cord compression from tumor or (Intraspinal abscess, epidural abscess), it asking for a mechanism because this dx is listed in Category:Trauma Hemoperitoneum Hemopericardium Respiratory tract, foreign body in Rib, fracture, injury/trauma (eg. in context of CPR) Laura suggested using Mechanism of injury: other NOS, but do we want something more specific. Another possibility would be to introduce the concept of "potential trauma" and change the cross check similar to potential infection. We would need to identify all dxs on the wiki that are potential traumas and might need to be coded with mechanisms.
