S Pathogens table

This table needs to be kept in CCMDB.accdb because it is being used by CFE and MCHP Export.accdb to reference old diagnosis data.

Counterpart to this table used now are S ICD10 table.

The S_Pathogens table contains the possible values for the sub-codes for Category:Infection (old) diagnoses encoded in the L_Dxs table table in CCMDB.mdb.
