	Started implementing this and realized that it will cause a lot of backlog errors. How to we ramp this up? Only run query on completes - that would leave Julie with bad data until complete. Only run query for data after a certain date? Give collectors a.e. a week to update all still active on laptop - that would be a lot or records in some of the locations that have a big backlog.
