Query L Log ownercheck maker
Query L_Log_ownercheck_maker creates temporary table L_Log_ownercheck as part of sending. That table is then uses by query send_check_centralized_is_owner. It was set up as a table rather than a view because it's a huge slow query running over VPN and this made it somewhat more reliable.
