Decubitus (pressure) ulcer, stage not indicated JALT Met with Andie and she asked if we can add deep tissue injury as a category for pressure ulcers, and also if we can add the options of a location with each stage, coccyx/buttocks, heels, and other. SICU has just finished a project looking at pressure injuries and the use of a preventative drsg. SBGH/MICU/IICU are also planning to adopt this drsg and would like this data. Dispo field JALT
  • EPR has more granular options for some dispo home; do we want to add these?
    • "No return from Pass/leave" would be AMA for us ..maybe AMA is enough
    • "Trsf to group/supportive housing" includes shelters which our instruction is to code as "home" -YES
    • "HOME with Support" - we would only code this as "Home", but this detail would be relevant for overstay
    • "TRSF to correctional facility" - we put as institution, nos unless we add the option
