For our collection purposes, these are WRHA non-medicine wards. We don't collect on these units (except for the temporary LAU Collection Project). However, we do code these separately from other wards in Pre-admit Inpatient Institution, Previous Location and Dispo.
We have these in our s_dispo table as
- VGH_Geriatrics
- 4S but this is a combined LAU and Geri Rehab ward so you must check the admitting service
- SOH_Geriatrics
- SOGH (SOH) geri rehab includes the entire 4th floor
- CGH does not have any Geri Rehab wards
