Pulling fresh data when push/pull is not being done

When the Data Processor is away, Push/Pull doesn't happen. To still get the newest data, do the following:

Instructions

  1. manually run Copy PHI.bat; this will pull the PHI sent files from the Regional Server and get them imported into PHI.mdb. You will see the files first show up in the same directory and then disappear. When they are all disappeared, proccessing them is complete.
  2. manually copy PHI.mdb to the local directory you use
  3. go to the Regional Server/output and copy Centralized_data.accdb to the local directory you use
